Founder of WE Alliance Institutional

Our Team

Terry is the founder, managing member, and lead portfolio strategist of WE Alliance Institutional, LLC and WE Alliance Wealth Advisors, Inc.. He is an accomplished Portfolio and Wealth Strategist Planner; a Wealth, Estate and Tax Planning Attorney; a frequent lecturer and formerly an adjunct tax professor at U.C. Davis. 

Terry began his career in the banking and lending industries but in 1991 he transitioned his focus to the investment world beginning with Dean Witter Reynolds.  His education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Planning from San Diego State University and a Juris Doctor Degree in Law from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He is also a post doctorate graduate through the Master’s program of the Esperti Peterson institute and a participant in MIT’s blockchain and cryptocurrency course offerings.

Justin is a registered investment advisor representative with extensive experience in the financial services industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University with a concentration in Finance.
A key member of the WE Alliance team, Justin serves as lead analyst in our investment research department. His responsibilities include in-depth analysis of both private and publicly traded securities, monitoring current investments, and integration of new technologies.
Justin’s role among the fund’s operations includes due diligence on potential acquisitions, capital raising, investor relations, and assisting Terry Wheeler with portfolio management.

Sebastian Saldarriaga is a co-founder and co-portfolio manager of the WE Alliance Blockchain Innovation Fund, LLC. He holds an International Business degree from Pepperdine University and is a two-time bestselling author, international speaker, investor, and expert in blockchain and digital marketing technologies in the Hispanic world. He is passionate about helping investors profit from the rapidly developing blockchain and cryptocurrency economy. In 2017, he wrote the bestselling e-book "Get Rich with Bitcoin" and is the founder of Global Mastery Academy, an educational academy for training and developing entrepreneurs of the new digital era. He also participates in MIT's blockchain and cryptocurrency course offerings.

Matt Williams is a second-generation real estate broker and grew up in the real estate business. He has been involved in all aspects of real estate from buying, selling, and remodeling houses and condos all over California, as well as being a landlord. He specializes in underwriting and determining the value of different real estate asset classes. With over two decades of experience, his extensive knowledge of real estate, construction, and ability to research properties and locations has proven to be a valuable addition to WE Institutional. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and General Business from The University of Arizona (Go Wildcats!) and a California real estate broker’s license with a Mortgage Loan Originator endorsement. In his free time Matt likes to spend time with his family and friends.

Gabriel is a registered investment advisor representative. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from San Diego State University. Gabriel has become an integral part of the customer service relations team, focusing on day to day operations and back-end support for investors.
