The primary investment objective of the WE Alliance Structured Active Allocation Growth Fund is to capture 80% or more of the upside of the S&P 500 Index (without dividends) while simultaneously providing significant downside protection during stock market drawdowns. As the fund manager we actively select the stock market allocations strategically based on the macro and micro factors presently weighing on the market.
WE Alliance Structured Strategies Stock Allocations Fund, LLC
The primary investment objective of the WE Alliance Structured Strategies Stock Allocations Fund is to capture 80% or more of the upside of each target index while simultaneously providing significant downside protection during stock market drawdowns. The upside participation is based on a highly diversified basket of broad stock market indexes which includes U.S. domestic markets, the global developed markets, and global emerging markets.

The primary investment objective of the WE Alliance Structured Aggressive Growth Fund is to capture between 90% and 140% of the upside of the S&P 500 Index (without dividends) while, at the same time, providing substantial downside protection during times when the broader stock market is falling. As the fund manager we actively select the stock market allocations strategically based on the macro and micro factors presently weighing on the market. The aggressive nature of the fund comes form the level of increased stock market exposure and upside participation.
WE Alliance Secured Income Fund, LLC
WE Alliance Secured Income Fund, LLC (the ‘Fund’) was created to provide investors with a short to intermediate term portfolio with laddered maturities of high-quality income investments. The Fund’s primary focus is on attractive secured loans that are backed by hard assets such as first liens on real estate. To help mitigate risk, the Fund’s target average portfolio loan-to-value to 70% in attempt to provide investors with ample protection in down markets. To a lesser extent, the Fund participates in asset-backed business lending, and other opportunistic direct lending programs.

WE Alliance Real Estate and Distressed Debt Opportunity Fund, LLC (the ‘Fund’ herein) was designed to be a core long-term investment that provides investors access to under valued real estate and real estate debt. The real estate equity acquired within the fund is geared toward opportunistic value-add deals. While the real estate debt acquisitions are primarily focused on distressed loan situations where we aim to create a win-win workout resolution with the borrower.
